Our 6,500 Sq. Ft. fitness center is conviently located at mile marker 91 bayside in Tavenier, Florida
on US 1 just south of Key Largo. We feature state of the art Flex and Paramount weight training equipment, Precor Cardio machines and Ivanko runner weights.
Froggys Fitness hosts a variety of instructional classes in our 800 square foot studio. Classes include, pilates, serobics, spin, and boot camp.
Our amernities include an assortment of health related supplements and refreshments.
We are also equipped with a full service bathroom with shower and changing rooms.
